Ashleigh Watts, a 37-year-old woman in Virginia, USA, has been charged with prostitution fter allegedly being caught in bed engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy, a Virginia magazine reported.
The series of events began with Watts’ initial arrest when law enforcement officers visited her home in Chesapeake in July. Upon their arrival, Watts asked the officers to wait outside while she was wearing only a nightgown and taking care of her dogs. Eventually, she allowed the officers to enter her home.
During their search, the officers found a hiding place in an upstairs bedroom where they discovered the missing 15-year-old boy, who was wearing only boxer shorts. He confirmed his identity by presenting his Student ID.
According to reports, this is not the first time the woman has been charged with sexually abusing a minor.
Initially charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Watts now faces more serious charges, including three counts of prostitution with a minor.
These charges are related to the allegations of inappropriate relationships she had with the twin boys, who were neighbors and friends of Watts’ teenage son of the same age.
Reports indicate that Watts’ involvement with the twin boys began over a year before her arrest.
Another incident in February involved Watts’ husband coming home at eight in the morning and finding her in bed with one of the boys. The boy later admitted that he had been at Watts’ home to smoke marijuana and had been sleeping on the couch.
Although the families were reported to be close friends and had a policy of keeping their doors open between their homes, behind closed doors, it is alleged that Watts engaged in sexual activity with the teenagers.
