“You won’t see heaven”: Prophet Owuor bans woman from entering heaven after shouting ‘Hallelujah’ during his preaching

Self-proclaimed Prophet Dr. David Owuor has once again made headlines after an undated video surfaced online, showing him banning a woman from ever entering heaven.

The incident occurred during a church service where the woman disobeyed him by ululating as he was preaching.

In the video, Prophet Owuor can be seen addressing the congregation while reacting to the interruption.

He stated that while he intended to bless the woman eternally, her actions—disobeying him—meant she would not be allowed into the kingdom of God.

He further explained that as the messenger with the “golden key,” his message could not be contested, and by siding with sinners, she had forfeited the blessing he had intended to give her.

“Nani amepiga hiyo vigelegele? Ni wewe? Ok, I bless you eternally, but your sister failed it to sing right? She is not, she is disobeying me, so she can’t enter the kingdom of my God. The messenger with the golden key, the message of this caliber—you know that you cannot contest him and then want to enter the kingdom of God. I will withdraw the blessing kutoka kwako because you have sided with sinners. I was to bless you, but I have withdrawn it,” he declared.

The video quickly gained traction among Kenyans, and here’s what some of them had to say:

Kamundi: “Nini hii sasa? And the churches keep saying they can regulate themselves. Never!”

Wix: “Christ Himself saved a thief on the cross, but a rich young ruler wouldn’t follow His lead… We shall know them by their fruits.”

Mburu: “He proclaims himself as the ticket to get people to heaven. What a mystery!”

Ancestor: “If this scammer were God, no one would find the path to Jesus in heaven. Jesus was humble and down-to-earth. These so-called prophets are full of arrogance and pride, yet they still want offerings from the people. There’s no difference between them and the Kenyan ‘mpigs’ (thieves).”
