Despite encountering significant challenges throughout his high school journey, Abdulrahman Banza defied the odds, transforming from a D- student into a successful nurse in the country.
During his time in high school, Abdulrahman considered himself an average student academically but excelled in sports, particularly rugby.
However, his final year took an unexpected turn when he and his teammates were suspended without clear reasons, following allegations of a strike plot involving the rugby team.
Despite being innocent, Abdulrahman found himself facing punishment along with his teammates, leaving him devastated.
During the two-week suspension period, Abdulrahman’s academic future hung in the balance, casting doubt on his educational path.
Despite the uncertainty, he was eventually allowed to return to school but had to repeat Form 3 and sit for his final exams separately from his peers.
However, rather than succumbing to despair, Abdulrahman embraced the challenge and used it as an opportunity for growth and self-improvement.
